Majikoopa’s or Koopa Wizards are a subspecies of Koopa Troopas that can cast spells. The reasons they are called wizards is because they are dressed like them in their long blue robes and hat. Many children feel threatened by the clever students which is of course why they attempt to bully them in the first place.
