Probably The Simplest Vision Exercise To Rebuild Your Vision

There’re more than a dozen ways out there that you could try to improve eyesight. Few of them are definitely good, some are just OK, and others are simply a waste of time. How will you determine which is which?

That’s my puzzle two years ago. Ever since then, I have deliberately use all the vision exercises I was aware of and charted my progress. How did they do? My conclusion shocked me.

20% of the vision therapy I implemented was accountable for 80% of my progress. I took note of those eye exercises and grouped them as what I named “the basics”. These eye exercises, I believed, are the core of any vision enhancement program.

In this article, I would like to show you one of those eye exercises. It’s called “palming”. It may sound too straight-forward but trust me, it works. It goes like the following:

Make sure you’re seated for this eye exercises. Close your eyes and softly put your palms on them, so that you cannot see light. Imagine the tense in your neck and shoulders are dissipating. Imagine anything that relaxes you. It can be anything. A relaxing beach? A small garden surrounded by big field of blossoms, maybe.

When you palm, make sure you set a countdown device so that you won’t worry how long you have been doing it. Palm for a whole 10 minutes, three times a day. Once when you get up in the crack of dawn, once during your short-break from work and once simply prior to you go to bed.

Palming in the morning enables you to apply an expectation for the rest of the day. The one in the afternoon allows your eyes to chill out and regulate stress. While the one in the evening loosen your eyes and readies it for sleep.
