If you are annoyed with wearing glasses, then listen up. In this article, I will introduce to you the 3 simple stages everyone must take to rebuild your vision. It will not matter what you do to naturally improve eyesight if you don’t first devoted to these.
With that said, let’s begin start.
1. A handicapped person will not uncover how to walk without assistance if he refuses to give up assistance. The same is true for your eyesight. If you desire to see clearly without spectacles, you must first educate your eyes to see without spectacles. This is because your brain heeds the rule of “use it or lose it”.
When you use your spectacles, your brain, the organ that transforms the images you see, adapts to its environment – that is looking through corrective lenses. It therefore stops developing its skill to perceive without one.
I had a hard time giving up my spectacles because I couldn’t see without them. If you also couldn’t see without your glasses, you can use glasses of a weaker power. Most optometrists would not comply to this type of vision improvement but a handful do – search for Bates method optometrists on Google.
2. Always adhere to the feedback from your eyes.
Most of us ignore the feedback delivered to us by our eyes. Notice how your eyes are tired at the end of the day? That is a symptom for you stop and rest. Shut your eyes for 5 – 10 minutes.
By keeping your eyes peeled even when it’s tired you are placing avoidable strain on it and encouraging chronic strain.
3. Manage your stress. It’s no secret that stress is detrimental for your health… but did you know that stress also spoil your vision?
On a basic level, it is really strain that causes your eyesight problem. When you are under stress, you more probably to stare and leer. You are also more likely to blink less when you’re under stress.
All these, of course, contribute to eyesight deterioration. This is why some eye exercises are comparable to meditation – shutting your eyes and envisioning a calming moment. These exercises help you manage your stress and therefore improve your vision.
